After a successful first Scrum conference in 2008, the second Scrum conference was held on July 15th 2009. This year the conference hosted Dr. Alistair Cockburn, one of the first 17 signatories of the Agile manifesto. Leading the Agile software development in Israel, Ignite CEO, Aviram Eisenberg, was asked to speak about the challenges of Agile software development in global companies.

Localization projects typically require a full-blown global delivery model, which inherently is challenging to manage.
